What matters

What to actually look for

The category is crowded. These are the questions we'd ask before making a decision — independent of whether you pick Mortgage360.

AI is no longer optional

Borrower intake, agent productivity, compliance review, and capital-markets analysis all benefit measurably from AI agents. Platforms without native AI fall behind in 12-24 months.

CRM + LOS on one chassis

Re-keying data between a CRM and an origination system loses deals, breaks audit trails, and exhausts agents. The CRM should live with the deals.

Investor portal is table stakes

LPs and unitholders expect live holdings, IRR/TVPI metrics, tax docs delivered on day 1 of the new year, and watermarked data rooms. Static PDFs don't scale.

Canada + US on one platform

If any part of your business touches either jurisdiction, run on a platform that supports both. Maintaining parallel systems is a tax on every workflow.

Filogix integration depth

In Canada, Filogix Exchange is the standard. Read-only integration is not enough — bi-directional sync is the floor for any team running on it.

Audit + regulatory readiness

FSRA / MBLAA / FINTRAC in Canada, TRID / RESPA in the US — the platform should make audit response a click, not a project.
