Identity, AML, bank and income checks are written against 8 capability functions, so a provider can be added or swapped without touching the workflows that call it. The facade is built; the vendor connections behind it are in rollout, and the ones marked roadmap are not built yet.

Integrations — common questions
- What does Mortgage360 integrate with?
- Live today: QuickBooks, Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), Twilio, Dialpad, Resend for email, Canada Post AddressComplete and our own built-in e-sign. Filogix Exchange is the deepest one — field-level pull and push against its schema — and it is in rollout, along with bank-data, identity and a few other connections. Credit bureaus are on the roadmap. The integrations page marks every provider as live, in rollout or roadmap.
- Is the Filogix integration really two-way?
- It is built that way — pull and push per deal, field by field, with conflicts resolved by a person and logged. It maps a curated subset of Filogix's schema, and the live Exchange connection is in rollout, so ask us where it stands for your account.
- Do you have an API?
- Yes, along with webhooks for event-driven integration. If you are evaluating on integration specifically, ask for the documentation before the demo rather than after — it tells you more about a platform than the demo does.
- Can you integrate with our existing phone system?
- The dialer is built in, which is why call logging is automatic rather than a sync that can silently stop. Where a brokerage has an existing telephony contract, integrations are per-brokerage — each client connects its own provider.
- What about Velocity, Scarlett or Finmo?
- They are competing platforms, and we publish comparisons against each. A Scarlett deal pull and push is in rollout; Velocity and Finmo connections are on the roadmap and not built. If your workflow genuinely needs to span two platforms, tell us what it looks like and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.
- How long does an integration take to set up?
- Filogix connects with your brokerage's own Filogix credentials, as the live Exchange connection rolls out. Anything custom is scoped against your actual workflow before we quote it — an integration timeline given before anyone has seen the systems is a guess.
