Mortgage360
For individual agents

You are the agent, the assistant, and the follow-up department

Working solo means the admin never stops competing with the selling. Mortgage360 takes the part that runs on memory — who to call, what to send, which renewal is coming — and makes it happen whether or not you got to it.

One licence. Published pricing. Cancel any time — your data exports in a format you can actually use.

The short answer

What is the best CRM for an individual mortgage agent?

For a solo agent, the CRM that wins is the one that does the chasing you do not have time for. You do not need brokerage administration, commission splits or agent oversight — you need every lead followed up on time, every renewal caught before the bank calls your client, and your compliance file in order without a filing afternoon.

  • Follow-up is drafted for you and waits for approval — you never start from a blank message.
  • Renewals surface 120 days out automatically, across your whole book.
  • The power dialer builds your call list from the CRM and logs the outcome itself.
  • FINTRAC identity records sit on the deal, so an audit is a report rather than a search.
  • No brokerage administration layer to pay for or navigate when it is just you.
  • Move up to the team or brokerage tier later without changing systems or re-importing.

The thing that actually loses deals

Silence, not price, is what costs you the file

Solo agents rarely lose a client to a sharper rate. They lose them to a fortnight of nothing while a busy week happened. Mortgage360 tracks how long each conversation has been quiet, drafts the message that should go out next, and hands it to you ready to send.

  • Stale-deal detection across the whole pipeline, not just the deals you remember.
  • Drafts written from the real details of the file, in your tone.
  • Nothing sends without you approving it.
  • Consent and do-not-call status checked before anything is queued.
  • Post-funding check-ins scheduled automatically, because that is where referrals come from.

The cheapest deal you will write is one you already funded

Every mortgage you funded has a maturity date, and whoever contacts that client first usually keeps them. Banks run that campaign automatically. If you are tracking renewals in a spreadsheet you are competing against an automated system with a calendar.

  • Every funded deal carries its maturity date from the day it closes.
  • The renewal list builds itself — filter it, dial it, done.
  • Rate context on the record, so the conversation starts informed.
  • Referral prompts after funding, while goodwill is highest.
  • Nothing to maintain: the date came from the deal, not from you typing it.

Power dialer

An hour of calls without an hour of dialling

Most of a calling session is not talking — it is finding the number, opening the file, remembering the context, and writing down what happened. The dialer removes all four so the hour you set aside is actually spent in conversation.

  • Build a queue from any filter: renewals, stale leads, a specific campaign.
  • The file and the script sit on screen while you talk.
  • Outcome, duration and notes written back automatically.
  • Voicemail drop, so a no-answer still leaves a message.
  • DNC enforced before dialling — the compliance risk is handled for you.

Compliance

Your obligations do not scale down because you are one person

A solo agent carries the same FINTRAC identity, record-keeping and retention duties as a hundred-agent brokerage, with nobody to delegate them to. Mortgage360 captures them as part of the normal flow of the deal rather than as a separate task you schedule and then postpone.

  • Identity verification recorded against the deal, with the method captured.
  • Retention handled by the system for the statutory period.
  • Outstanding compliance items listed, per file, so nothing sits unnoticed.
  • Immutable activity log — who changed what, and when.
  • Export the whole record if your regulator or principal broker asks.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is Mortgage360 worth it for a single agent, or is it built for brokerages?

Both tiers exist and they are priced separately. As a solo agent you get the CRM, the power dialer, AI follow-up, renewal tracking and compliance without paying for — or navigating — the brokerage administration layer. Commissions, payroll and agent oversight only appear when you have agents to manage.

I already have a CRM through my brokerage. Why would I need my own?

Two reasons agents give us. First, a brokerage-provided system usually belongs to the brokerage, and your client history may not come with you if you move. Second, network tools tend to be built around submission rather than relationship management, so follow-up and renewals often fall back to you. Plenty of our agents run Mortgage360 alongside their network's required tools.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You export it, in a standard format, whenever you want. We do not hold your book hostage as a retention strategy, and there is no export fee.

Do I need to be technical to set this up?

No. The migration is done for you and the interface is click-to-edit — fields save when you click away rather than requiring a form and a save button. Most agents are working normally on day one.

Can I grow into it if I hire an assistant or build a team?

Yes, and that is the point of staying on one platform. Adding an assistant or associates moves you to the team tier without a migration, a new system, or re-importing anything.
