Common questions
Will Filogix know we're using Mortgage360 on top?+
The integration uses Filogix Exchange's standard API. From Filogix's perspective, Mortgage360 is an authorized client like any other broker-side system. No special permissions or approvals are needed beyond your brokerage's existing Filogix access.
What happens if Filogix Exchange has downtime?+
Mortgage360 continues to operate normally. Changes you make locally queue and re-sync when Filogix is reachable again. We never gate origination work on Filogix availability.
Can we use Mortgage360 without Filogix?+
Yes — Mortgage360 is a complete origination + LMS platform on its own. The Filogix integration is for teams whose existing workflow already runs on Filogix Exchange and who want to keep that workflow.
Do I have to migrate to Mortgage360 to use this?+
No. Many customers start with the integration alone — keeping Filogix as the primary interface and using Mortgage360 for CRM, AI, and investor relations on top. Migration is optional.
