Common questions
What does 'per agent' mean?+
We bill on active mortgage agents — anyone holding a provincial mortgage licence who's submitting deals. Office admins and assistants are free; we charge for the licensed agents who actually originate.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — 14 days free on Broker and Brokerage, no credit card required, with the full feature set. There is no self-serve sign-up: you request a trial and we set up the workspace for you. Enterprise trials are paid pilots scoped to your network.
Do you replace Filogix?+
No — Mortgage360 runs alongside Filogix. The sync is designed for both directions, field by field, with the live Exchange connection in rollout, so your underwriting team can keep submitting through Filogix while your CRM, AI, and borrower experience run on Mortgage360.
Can I migrate from BluMortgage / Finmo / Scarlett?+
Yes. We import contacts, leads, deals, and document records via API or CSV. Migration is free for those three and most other Canadian broker CRMs. Most teams are productive in their first week.
Do I have to pay annually?+
Monthly billing is available on every tier. Annual saves 20%. Enterprise contracts are typically 1-3 years.
Is RatePulse included?+
Yes — on every broker tier, at no extra cost. The rates board currently shows illustrative sample rates, clearly labelled, while the live RatePulse feed is connected.
When are the mobile apps coming?+
iOS + Android apps for both the client and broker portal are in active development. Join the waitlist on the homepage to be first.
Networks are priced differently.
Franchisors and multi-brokerage groups get an isolated workspace per member firm, network-wide reporting and centrally published policy — scoped as a pilot cohort rather than a per-seat sign-up.
