Your book, your CRM — whatever network you are under
Long-established Canadian franchise network. Whichever tools Mortgage Centre provides, the relationship side of your business — follow-up, renewals, your compliance file and your commission record — is yours. Mortgage360 runs alongside your network's stack rather than trying to replace it.

Can a Mortgage Centre agent use their own CRM?
In most cases yes, and many do. Network-provided tools tend to be built around submission and network reporting rather than around keeping a client for thirty years, so agents commonly run their own CRM for lead follow-up, renewals and referrals while continuing to submit through whatever rail their network requires. Check your own agreement — arrangements differ between networks and between brokerages inside them.
- Mortgage360 handles the relationship layer: follow-up, renewals, referrals, marketing.
- Submission continues through your existing rail — we sync with Filogix Exchange.
- Your client history stays exportable, so it travels with you if you move.
- Compliance records live on the deal, satisfying your own retention obligations.
- Works for a single agent, a team inside a member firm, or a whole brokerage.
- Check your brokerage agreement before switching anything — terms vary.
The book you built should follow you
Agents move between brokerages and networks over a career, and the painful discovery is usually made at exactly the wrong moment: that the client history lives in a system belonging to somebody else. Keeping your relationship data in a platform you control is not disloyalty, it is ordinary prudence.
- Your contacts, deals and history export in a standard format, whenever you ask.
- No export fee and no retention hold on your own data.
- Move brokerage without rebuilding a decade of client relationships.
- Renewal dates and referral sources travel with the record.
- Works the same whether you are independent or under a franchise.
Runs beside the tools you are required to use
Most Mortgage Centre agents are not looking to fight their network over software, and they should not have to. Mortgage360 occupies the space network tools generally leave thin — chasing leads, catching renewals, marketing yourself, and keeping your own compliance record — and hands off cleanly at submission.
- Filogix Exchange sync in both directions, so submission is not re-keying.
- Your network's reporting obligations are unaffected.
- No requirement to move your whole brokerage before you can start.
- A single agent can run it without anyone else adopting it.
- Adds the dialer, marketing and compliance layer network tools rarely include.
From one licence to a member brokerage
The same platform covers a solo agent, a producing team and a whole member firm. That matters because the usual growth path involves throwing away a system — you outgrow the solo tool, and the brokerage tool needs a migration and a project.
- Solo agent tier with no brokerage administration to pay for.
- Team tier adds shared pipeline, lead routing and split calculation.
- Brokerage tier adds compliance oversight, commissions and recruiting.
- Moving up a tier is a setting, not a migration.
- Member firms inside a network get their own isolated workspace.

Frequently asked
Is Mortgage360 affiliated with The Mortgage Centre?
No. Mortgage360 is independent software with no affiliation, endorsement or partnership with The Mortgage Centre. We use the name only to identify who this page is written for. Anything your network provides remains between you and them.
Am I allowed to use a different CRM as a Mortgage Centre agent?
Usually, but this is genuinely a question for your own agreement rather than for us — terms vary between networks and between brokerages within them. Many agents run their own CRM for relationship management while continuing to submit through their network's required systems. Read your brokerage agreement, and ask your principal broker if anything is ambiguous.
Do I have to stop using my network's software?
No. Mortgage360 is designed to sit alongside it. We sync with Filogix Exchange so deals submit without re-keying, and your network's own reporting is unaffected.
What happens to my data if I change brokerage or network?
You export it. Your contacts, deal history, renewal dates and referral sources are yours, they come out in a standard format, and there is no fee or waiting period for doing it.
Can our whole member brokerage use it, not just individual agents?
Yes. A member firm gets its own isolated workspace with compliance oversight, commission calculation, recruiting and agent management. Data is scoped so no other brokerage on the platform can reach it.
