Mortgage360
For VERICO broker-owners

Mortgage CRM for VERICO brokerages: Your brand on the door. Your client data in your own system.

VERICO was founded in 2005 on the idea that each broker is an independent owner and operator with their own brand. M3 Mortgage Group bought it in 2017 and said the model would stay. If you run your own brand, choosing where your client relationships live is part of the same decision.

Independent software. Mortgage360 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with VERICO Financial Group.

The short answer

Can a VERICO brokerage choose its own CRM?

VERICO describes every broker as an independent owner and operator, and M3 repeated VERICO's line when it bought the network in 2017: "your business, your brand, your way." Whether that extends to software is set by your agreement rather than the website, so check it. What an owner-operator usually controls is the relationship layer: follow-up, renewals, marketing under your own name, and the records your brokerage keeps.

  • Founded in 2005; each VERICO broker is described as an independent owner and operator.
  • Bought by M3 Mortgage Group in September 2017; still listed as an M3 brand.
  • VERICO reports over 230 broker-owners and more than $18 billion in originations.
  • Tools VERICO lists for brokers: BrokerBase, VERICO Academy and the VERICO Intranet.
  • Mortgage360 has no connection to BrokerBase or to M3's BOSS platform.
  • Mortgage360 workspaces belong to the brokerage, not to a network.

Owner-operators

Independent brand, independent records

A VERICO brokerage trades under its own name. That makes the brokerage, not the network, the business a client remembers, and it makes the client record one of the brokerage's most valuable assets. Holding that record in software the brokerage contracts for directly means it doesn't depend on any one network relationship. Mortgage360 is sold to your brokerage: the workspace, the data and the export are yours.

  • Your brokerage holds the contract and the data.
  • Full export of contacts, deals, renewals and referral sources at any time.
  • Agents' pipelines visible to the owner, with file-level compliance review.
  • Commission splits calculated from the funded deal.
Marketing under your name

Campaigns that carry your brand, not the network's

VERICO's own pitch is that brokers keep their brand. The marketing you send should look the same way. In Mortgage360, past-client campaigns, renewal outreach and referral follow-ups go out under your brokerage's name. Finn, the agent copilot, drafts the outreach for stale leads and upcoming renewals and waits for you to approve it. Maya, the borrower-facing assistant, answers borrower questions after hours and books time with the licensed agent.

  • Past-client and renewal campaigns sent under your brokerage's name.
  • Finn drafts; a licensed person approves before anything is sent.
  • Maya answers borrowers over chat, voice and SMS and books appointments.
  • Agent profile and campaign pages are live; full branded websites are in development.
Inside M3

What M3 ownership does and doesn't change

When M3 bought VERICO in 2017 it said brokers would keep their autonomy. M3's technology arm, M3 Tech, builds BOSS, the platform used by several of the group's other brands; in 2020 Canadian Mortgage Trends reported it was not yet available to VERICO brokers. Check the current position with VERICO. Either way, Mortgage360 has no connection to BOSS or BrokerBase, so it sits beside them rather than inside them.

  • Keep VERICO's tools and training as they are.
  • No data moves between Mortgage360 and BOSS or BrokerBase.
  • Mortgage BOSS appears on our integrations page as roadmap only.
  • A single broker-owner can start without the rest of the network.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is Mortgage360 affiliated with VERICO or M3 Group?

No. Mortgage360 is independent software, not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with VERICO Financial Group or M3 Group. We name VERICO only to say who this page is for.

Does Mortgage360 connect to BrokerBase?

No. We have no integration with BrokerBase or any other VERICO system, and we are not going to imply otherwise. Mortgage360 holds your client relationships alongside it.

If my brokerage leaves VERICO, what happens to our Mortgage360 data?

Nothing. The workspace is contracted by your brokerage, so a change of network doesn't touch it. Your agreement with VERICO governs anything held in VERICO's systems.

Is this worth it for a one-person VERICO brokerage?

Sometimes not. If you close a handful of deals a year and remember every client, a simple pipeline tool is enough. It starts paying when renewals and referrals outgrow what you can hold in your head.
