Mortgage CRM for Mortgage Alliance brokers: You already have BOSS. Here is where a second system earns its place.
Mortgage Alliance is part of M3 Group, and its brokers get BOSS, the platform built by M3 Tech, with connections for bank data (Flinks), CRA documents (snapNOA) and e-signature (OneSpan). That is a fuller stack than many networks provide. This page is honest about the overlap with Mortgage360, and about the few places an independent CRM still adds something.
Independent software. Mortgage360 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Mortgage Alliance.

Is BOSS enough, or should a Mortgage Alliance broker add a CRM?
For many Mortgage Alliance brokers BOSS will be enough. Mortgage Alliance describes it as covering deal management, automated communications, compliance and payroll, and a tool called SmartViews that mines the book for renewal and refinance opportunities. The case for adding Mortgage360 is narrower: a built-in power dialer, a client record held outside the network's platform, and brokerage-level commission and compliance tooling for franchise owners.
- Part of M3 Group, alongside Multi-Prêts, Invis, Mortgage Intelligence and VERICO.
- Mortgage Alliance reports 2,400+ mortgage professionals and 100+ franchises and affiliates.
- Brokers get BOSS and other technology from M3 Tech.
- Listed integrations include snapNOA, Flinks, OneSpan, MyClosing and Zapier.
- Mortgage360 has no BOSS connector; Mortgage BOSS is roadmap on our integrations page.
- Group Multi-Prêts Mortgage Alliance bought Invis and Mortgage Intelligence in 2016.
Where BOSS and Mortgage360 overlap
Both handle a pipeline, automated client communication and reporting. If your office runs everything through BOSS and is happy with it, adding a second system for those alone would be a waste of money and attention. The differences are in specific places: Mortgage360 includes a power dialer with call queues and voicemail drop, calculates commission splits from the funded deal, and holds the client record in a workspace your brokerage contracts for directly rather than through the network.
- Overlap: pipeline, automated communications, reporting.
- Mortgage360 adds: power dialer, per-deal commission calculation, brokerage-held workspace.
- No data flows between BOSS and Mortgage360 today.
- Running both means entering deal data twice. Decide whether the extras justify that.
SmartViews finds them. Someone still has to call.
SmartViews, as Mortgage Alliance describes it, mines your book for renewal and refinance opportunities. Finding the opportunity is half the work; the other half is a person making the call before the lender's renewal letter arrives. Mortgage360 turns renewal dates into a 120-day call queue, dials through it, and logs every outcome to the deal. Finn, the agent copilot, drafts the follow-up email or text for you to approve.
- 120-day renewal queue, worked through the dialer.
- Outcomes logged to the deal automatically.
- Finn drafts follow-ups; nothing sends without your approval.
- Maya can book the renewal conversation after hours.
Oversight, splits and a record the brokerage owns
A Mortgage Alliance franchise owner supervises agents, pays them and answers for their files. Mortgage360 gives the brokerage its own isolated workspace with file-level compliance review by Harvey, commission splits including referral fees and clawbacks, and a view of every agent's pipeline. If the brokerage ever changes banner, that workspace doesn't move with the network.
- Isolated workspace per brokerage.
- Splits, volume tiers, referral fees and clawbacks calculated per deal.
- Harvey screens files for AML, PEP and sanctions and validates ID.
- Everything exports on request.

Frequently asked
Is Mortgage360 affiliated with Mortgage Alliance or M3 Group?
No. Mortgage360 is independent software, not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with Mortgage Alliance, M3 Group or M3 Tech.
Will Mortgage360 connect to BOSS?
Not today. Mortgage BOSS is listed as roadmap on our integrations page, with no date. Any future connection would depend on what M3 Tech offers third-party software.
Should I drop BOSS for Mortgage360?
No. BOSS is your network's platform and your agreement may require parts of it. The realistic question is whether Mortgage360's extras are worth running beside it, and for many brokers the answer will be no.
