Mortgage360
For brokerage owners across M3's brands

Mortgage CRM for M3 Group brokerages: One group, five brands, and a client book the brokerage owns.

M3 Group is a holding company rather than a single network. It owns Multi-Prêts Hypothèques, Mortgage Alliance, Invis, Mortgage Intelligence and VERICO, and runs M3 Tech, which builds the BOSS platform. This page is for owners looking at the group as a whole; the Mortgage Alliance and VERICO pages cover those brands specifically.

Independent software. Mortgage360 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with M3 Mortgage Group.

The short answer

Do M3 brokerages need a CRM if they already have BOSS?

Possibly not. M3 Tech describes BOSS as covering deal management, lender connectivity, CRM analytics, automated communications, payroll and compliance, and reporting in one platform. A brokerage using all of that may not need more. Owners add Mortgage360 when they want a relationship record held outside the network's systems, a power dialer, or commission and compliance tooling they control, which matters most to firms that might one day change brand.

How the group formed

From Multi-Prêts to five brands

Group Multi-Prêts Mortgage Alliance bought Invis and Mortgage Intelligence in October 2016. As M3 Mortgage Group it bought VERICO in September 2017, promising VERICO's brokers they would keep their autonomy. CDPQ announced an investment in 2021 to fund further acquisitions and digital growth. The brands kept their names. For an owner, "M3" can mean different arrangements and different tools depending on the banner you are under, so the brand agreement is the document to read, not the group's.

  • Brand-level agreements differ; read yours.
  • Tools vary by brand. VERICO lists its own, for example.
  • Mortgage360 treats each brokerage as its own workspace regardless of brand.
  • Multi-office owners get a rollup across their own brokerages.
BOSS and M3 Tech

What BOSS covers, and where Mortgage360 overlaps

M3 Tech says more than 8,000 brokers use its systems. BOSS is positioned as an open platform with deal management, lender and partner connectivity, CRM analytics, lead generation, automated communications, payroll and compliance. That overlaps with a good part of Mortgage360. What Mortgage360 adds is narrower: a power dialer, commission calculation from the funded deal, Harvey's AML and ID screening on each file, and a workspace your brokerage contracts for directly.

  • Overlap: pipeline, automated communications, reporting, compliance records.
  • Mortgage360 adds: dialer, per-deal commissions, file screening, brokerage-held data.
  • No data moves between BOSS and Mortgage360 today.
  • If BOSS already covers you, we would rather say so than sell you duplication.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is Mortgage360 affiliated with M3 Group or M3 Tech?

No. Mortgage360 is independent software, not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with M3 Group, M3 Tech or any M3 brand.

Is Mortgage360 a replacement for BOSS?

We don't pitch it that way. BOSS is your network's platform and your agreement may require parts of it. Mortgage360 runs beside it, and for some brokerages BOSS alone is enough.

Can one owner run several M3-brand brokerages in Mortgage360?

Yes. Each brokerage gets an isolated workspace, and a multi-brokerage owner gets rollup reporting across them without mixing their data.
