Mortgage CRM for CENTUM agents and franchises: A network that lets you pick your platform. Pick your CRM the same way.
CENTUM opened its first offices in 2002 and is owned and operated by Charlwood Pacific Group, which also runs CENTURY 21 Canada and Uniglobe. Unusually, CENTUM has built its compliance reporting to work with whichever origination platform an office already uses. Mortgage360 fits that approach: a CRM the office chooses, running beside the tools it already has.
Independent software. Mortgage360 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Centum Financial Group.

What CRM can a CENTUM agent use?
CENTUM does not tie its published tools to one origination system. Its FINTRAC compliance reporting tool, announced in November 2024, was built to work with Filogix Expert, Scarlett, Finmo and Velocity. That leaves the CRM choice largely with the office, subject to its franchise agreement. Choose one that handles renewals, follow-up and the notes behind each file, and that exports cleanly if you ever leave.
- CENTUM's first offices opened in 2002, in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and New Brunswick.
- Owned and operated by Charlwood Pacific Group, also behind CENTURY 21 Canada and Uniglobe.
- Charlwood describes CENTUM as nearly 200 offices and over 2,100 agents.
- CENTUM tools include Deal Desk, Direct Pay, Report Hub, Mortgage Monitor and CENTUM University.
- Its FINTRAC reporting tool supports Filogix Expert, Scarlett, Finmo and Velocity.
- In Mortgage360, Filogix is the connection we describe; Scarlett, Finmo and Velocity are roadmap.
CENTUM's tools don't mind what you submit through
Many networks steer offices toward one stack. CENTUM's published tools go the other way. Its National Deal Desk is a lender concierge that validates and reviews documents, submits to the lender and prepares the commitment and compliance package, with an underwriting and structuring tier on top. Its FINTRAC reporting tool pulls from Filogix Expert, Scarlett, Finmo or Velocity. In practice the origination system stays the office's decision, and so does the CRM.
- Keep the origination platform your office already runs.
- Use CENTUM's deal desk and reporting exactly as you do today.
- On Filogix, Mortgage360's connection is designed as a two-way sync, now in rollout.
- On Scarlett, Finmo or Velocity there is no Mortgage360 connector yet.
The report is CENTUM's. The file behind it is yours.
CENTUM's reporting tool collects what an office has to report to FINTRAC. The evidence behind each report still has to live somewhere an examiner can follow: the ID check, the reason for the recommendation, who reviewed the file and when. In Mortgage360 that record sits on the deal. Harvey, our compliance assistant, classifies documents, validates ID and runs AML, PEP and sanctions screening, and a deal cannot move past the stages your brokerage configures while a required record is missing.
- ID verification, screening results and reviewer sign-off stored on the deal.
- A missing record blocks the deal at the stage you choose, not at audit.
- Stages and required records set by your office.
- Runs alongside CENTUM's FINTRAC tools; it does not replace them.
Realtor referrals, tracked to funding
Realtor referrals drive a large share of broker business, and CENTUM's parent also franchises CENTURY 21 Canada. Whether or not your referral partners are under the same group, the useful question is which of them send clients who actually fund. Mortgage360 keeps the referral source on every contact and follows it through to the funded deal, so you can see which partners to call first and who is owed a thank-you.
- Referral source recorded on every contact and every deal.
- Funded volume by partner, not just lead count.
- Past clients and partners in the same place as your pipeline.
- Branded agent profile and campaign pages are live; full websites are in development.

Frequently asked
Is Mortgage360 affiliated with CENTUM or Charlwood Pacific Group?
No. Mortgage360 is independent software, not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with CENTUM Financial Group or Charlwood Pacific Group. We name CENTUM only to say who this page is for.
Does Mortgage360 send files to CENTUM's National Deal Desk?
No. We have no connection to any CENTUM system. Files go to the deal desk the way they do today; Mortgage360 holds the client relationship and your notes around them.
What does it cost to join CENTUM?
That is CENTUM's to answer, and terms can change, so ask them directly. What you should also ask is what happens to your client data and records if you leave, which is a separate question from fees.
We use Finmo or Scarlett. Can we still use Mortgage360?
Yes, but without a connector. Both are on our integrations roadmap without dates. Until then you would run follow-up and renewals in Mortgage360 and origination in your existing platform.
