Mortgage360 vs Lendesk

Strong on submission. Lighter on the thirty years after.

Lendesk built its position on lender connectivity and rate intelligence, and both are genuinely good. The question for a broker choosing a primary system is whether the platform also carries the relationship — the follow-up, the renewal, the compliance file and the commission.

Fact-checked comparison. We update this page when the competitor ships material changes — last reviewed August 2026.

About Lendesk

Lendesk, in their words and ours

Lendesk is a Canadian mortgage technology and lender connectivity platform based in Canada, primarily serving Canadian mortgage brokers and lenders. Here's a fair read of what they do well and where the trade-offs are — so you can decide if Mortgage360 is a fit.

What Lendesk does well

  • Established Canadian company with deep lender relationships
  • Lender Spotlight is a widely used and well-regarded product-matching tool
  • Strong submission and lender connectivity workflow
  • Built for the Canadian market rather than adapted from a US product
  • Familiar to a large portion of the Canadian broker channel

Factual trade-offs

  • Positioned around submission and lender matching more than long-cycle CRM
  • Renewal and retention campaigns typically need additional tooling
  • Calling and marketing generally require separate subscriptions
  • Brokerage operations such as commission calculation are not the focus

Where Mortgage360 goes further

The relationship layer
Contacts are people who hold several mortgages across decades. Renewal dates drive a campaign 120 days out without anyone remembering to build one.
Dialer and marketing included
Queue-based power dialling with automatic logging, plus social publishing with approval rules — rather than two more subscriptions.
Brokerage operations
Commission splits, compliance oversight, recruiting and training on the same record as the deals they relate to.
Filogix submission
Two-way sync with Filogix Exchange, so you are not choosing between a CRM and your submission rail.

Common questions

Can I use Lendesk and Mortgage360 together?+

Many brokers do run a lender-matching tool alongside their CRM, and there is nothing wrong with that. Lender Spotlight in particular is a specialised product a lot of agents keep regardless of what CRM they use.

Which should be my primary system?+

It depends on where your deals are actually being lost. If they are lost at submission or on lender fit, lead with the platform strongest there. If they are lost to follow-up that never happened and renewals that went to the client's bank, lead with the CRM.

Does Mortgage360 do lender product matching?+

It carries lender product and rate context on the deal so the conversation starts informed, but we would not claim parity with a dedicated product-matching tool. That is a real strength of specialised products and we would rather say so than overstate ours.

Is this comparison fair given you are a competitor?+

We publish competitor strengths genuinely rather than as token concessions, and we correct this page when something changes — including where the correction favours them. It is still written by a vendor, so verify anything decision-critical on your own demo.
